AM5706: Timing Parameters or Requirements for DDR3

Hi Team,

May we ask for your assistance where we can find the DDR3 timing specs? Thus far, as we've checked the datasheet, the closest information we've found is in section 5.10.6.20.2.4.

However, it is not the information the customer is looking for. Can we please request for your advice?

Hi,

Section 5.10.6.20.2.4 covers MMC timings and does not apply for the DDR EMIF. The relevant section for DDR3 design is 7.2. Note that we do not provide detailed timing data, as this is covered in the JEDEC DDR3 specification. Customers must follow the DDR3 design guidelines.
