At present, in the mass production stage, some hardware will be completely disconnected from the Internet.
We want to clarify whether it is a MAC problem or a PHY problem.
The manufacturer (RTK) of the device PHY has provided a register of our PHY to clarify the problem.
In order to analyse and show the value in Linux environment, and I needs to read and write the value of phy register via MDIO.
I would like to ask if we have this need, how should we implement it?
