My customer would like to know FIT rate vale of 66AK2G12ABYT100.

but FIT rate does not disclose on TI.com.

Could you let me know FIT rate value ?

    FIT rate data is only shared under NDA. If your customer has an NDA or is eligible to have an NDA with TI, it should be possible to share the information.

    If the customer just needs the MTBF/FIT information , this is typically available on the product folder or you can get it through 

    It looks like specifically for K2G this information is not popping up. Let me investigate further with the Internet & Quality team.

    Capturing the offline discussion on this - for future reference and other users.

    Most of our processors do have the MTBF/FIT information on the product folders. The reason it is not there for K2G family is as stated below 

    1. The failure rate (FIT) is highly dependent on the number of units tested.  For the 66AK2G12ABYT100 product, a sufficient sample size is not available to calculate a meaningful FIT number.
    2. Qualification was completed for this product with a 1000 hours of HTOL and a sample of 252 units with no failures.       
    3. This technology was released since 2013, with no reliability issues.
    4. We are confident in this product and its ability to support customer reliability, provided that it is used within datasheet limits.
