TDA4VM: Ethernet boot issue

I haven't found any document related to this function.Also I tried to boot over Ethernet but  couldn't capture the bootp request.

Now, I have captured the bootp request successfully, but it appeared "Ethernet frame check sequence incorrect " when transferring tiboot3.bin through tftp. Why is that? Those captured files are listed below.

I am not sure if tiboot3.bin started successfully because the serial port has no output. The serial port initialized after sysfw was loaded, but sysfw does not support loading from Ethernet. Is there any way to be sure that tiboot3.bin was started?

Hi XA,

I wouldn't say that Boot over Ethernet is not supported since we support booting Linux from via TFTP from U-boot.

Your use-case is not supported.
