I tried to power and connect MRD2 with a logic analyzer but nothing changes, does MRD2 stay in idle state until it sends us a command?

you can set the MRD2 in a so called continuous mode by setting the CRDM pin to high. Every new transponder that supports the "Charge Only Read", like all RO transponders, will send its data one time via the serial line. If the CRDM pin is not set, a user command is needed to read the transponder.
