Suggestion on Balun and Filter IC

Hi,

Can you please suggest any Balun and Filter part which supports within the range around 2- 6GHz (RF Frequency) and which is feasible to use in military/defence/aerospace applications.

Thanks alot for the part suggestion.

Is this part of 0603 package? If not , Is there any wideband filter part with the 0603 package with the same frequency requirement?

Also Is there any Narrow-band Balun part with same frequency ( 2GHz - 6GHz) ?

Can you please suggest a filter part for the same frequency range as that of Balun as is feasible for aerospace and military applications.

Nireeksha,

It might be good to look at the Minicircuit website to understand if this balun would work for your application.

Other recommended balun vendors that develop baluns with smaller form factors and in the frequency band you outlined above are Anaren & Johanson Technologies.
