In TI any IC available for BPSK or QPSK modulator with 4800bps or more than 4800bps ?

    Hi

    The TRF3722 is only the quadrature modulator. You will need a baseband signal generator + digital to analog converter to generate the BPSK and QPSK. Depending on your application, you can look into the Chipcon devices for complete low power RF system.
