DAC38RF89: One DAC has no output

We config the DAC38RF89 as follow.

At the begin,the two DACs work OK. During test, the DAC0 works wrong. It has no output,but the DAC1's output is OK.

We check the registers value of DAC38RF89, there are no changes.

When  we set the DACs output by NCO only(use DAC SPI Constant Register,replaces the data at the output of the JESD), the DAC1 has good output signal,but the DAC0 has no output.

The register 04=0x0, the register 05=0x0. Thers is no error status indicated.

We want to know what can cause this result?

    User,

    I have tested an EVM in the same setup, but I was not able to see the same error as you. To further assist you can you show me the Digital DAC A tab under the DAC38RF8x tab. Also, which sma output are you checking for the first DAC, depending on of the parts installed the signal could be coming from J6 or J7.
