DAC38RF89: both has no output

I am using dac38rf89 in L-M-F-S-HD =82121 (2 TX mode);

costomer board

dac config as followed:

differential input clk :2Ghz

pll on chip unused, dac clock frequency 2Ghz,directly derived from differential input clk

dual dac, real input, 4 serdes lanes per dac;

interpolation x1

serdes line rate 10Gbps

sysref frequency 3.125M

k=20

now I do believe JESD TX side have finished CGS and ILAS, establish the link. I checked alarm registers it looked like all right，volage of Rbias = 0.9v，but both dac has no output?

1、  can you give me a recommended cfg file  of  above dac config，I check again

2、  another question I found I config 0x40a, as 0xfc03 , JESD link failed，but onfig 0x40a ,as 0xfc00 JESD link successed，how could I config 0x40a

3、  Is it related to other config or other part of circuits, can you give me some advice?
