Hi Team,
Customer cannot connect usb in the computer. Below is the details.
"I would like to ask for help regarding my TI instrument "Sensing solutions EVM GUI" it was working fine but now when I plug the USB to the computer it does not connect. When it's connected, only the green light shows on the part but now there is another a blue light
It's not being connected, I tried on a different computer, it did not work.
