IWR6843ISK: Vital Signs Configuration

In theory the demo can be modified via changing the code to operate on a different Range bin:

1. Change the FMCW chrips to cover the required range 

--> Check FMCW basics training  to understand what parameters affect the range of detection

--> Check SDK User's guide, Demo CLI guide to understand how to set that parameter for the respective demo

2. Change the configuration of this demo to operate/process in the range of interest

--> See Configuration/CLI section to see if the demo has a knob in CLI to set this

OR

--> Understand the code implementation and modify the demo to do the equivalent change in code.
