OPT3004: OPT3001 adc value issue

Dear Team,

Our customer use the same light source and get lux with CL200A and OPT3004, the adc value of DUT-OPT3004 is weird as below

Could you guide us how to resolve this issue? thanks!

    Hi Jimmy,

    Do you know if the customer is correctly converting the result register value to lux? The equation is lux = 0.01 * (2^E[3:0]) * R[11:0] where E[3:0] is bits 15:12 of the result register and R[11:0] is bits 11:0 of the result register.

    Many of the values in the DUT-OPT3004 column are invalid outputs as the range of the device is from 0 to 83k lux and the highest resolution is 0.01 lux per LSB.
