Adding some more info:

Actually we require the dimensions of the vehicles approaching from rear to distinguish the vehicle type. We have found that there is a field "dim" in "GTRACK_targetDesc" structure of GTRACK algorithm, which has the values of dimensions of the tracked object. That is why we are interested to get the values in "GTRACK_targetDesc" structure of GTRACK algorithm

Hello,

For extent of dimensions of the vehicle then the you may want to take into account the extent of point cloud  associated with the track.    Tracker derives its information from points so using the points would be a good start.

Point cloud :  3D  Points  in the reflection space.  Detection is based on tunable threshold

Tracks :  Group of points  representing same object. Association is based on tuning.
