AWR1642BOOST-ODS: cannot see anything on console while using mmwave demo visualizer for people counting lab from industrial tool box 3_6_2

Hi,

 I have downloaded the industrial toolbox version 3_6_2 and tried to use the people counting lab. the console is empty and I have done everything right.

Steps I followed:

1. Flash the .bin file from the people counting folder

2. switch off the mm-wave radar and remove the SOP2 jumper and then turn it on again

3. Give permission to these two ports /dev/ttyACM0, and /dev/ttyACM0 before opening the mmwave visualizer

4. select the mmwave SDK version

5. send config to mmwave device and I am able to connect both ports

6. Press the NRST switch(SW2). after that, it shows " Hardware connected'

7. Again press the send config to mmwave device.

8. But the console is empty.

Where did I make wrong? if someone has any idea. kindly please post in the comments.

Do I need to place the AWR1642 mmwave radar at a height of around 1-1.5 meters to make it work?
