PGA300: Labview and the Multicalibration tool

Part Number: PGA300
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: USB2ANY

Hi Scott, we are setting up a production configuration and calibration system for a pressure transmitter using the PGA300.

The system is a Labview application controlling pressure and temperature. To my knowledge TI has a Multicalibration tool that might be useful for this system. Possibly there might also be other tools that can be interfaced or incorporated into Labview for this purpose.

Please update me on possibilities available.

  • Hi Dag,

The PGA300 EVM GUI uses the USB2ANY for communication with the device. The firmware for the USB2ANY that is used with the PGA300 is custom to the PGA300EVM, but it does still respond to the dll created for the USB2ANY.  The TI  USB2ANY SDK includes the dll and API reference that you could use in your labview program. Check on the USB2ANY product page for more information and downloads: USB2ANY Evaluation board | TI.com

    Regards,
    Scott

  • Thank you. Additional to communication also calibration has to be done.

In a previous question (Xiaowei Bai1) you haw responded:

"We do have a DLL that can be used to calculate the compensation coefficients after a calibration routine is performed. Please message me directly to discuss this."

Maybe you could share this DLL with me.

    Regards,
