Hi Adhithya,

We currently have no plans to make a TMP235-Q1 Spice Model. What are you requirements/motivation for this?

The device has a1 0mV/°C linear gain slope, with a given offset value for three temperature ranges. (please see page 8 of the datasheet)

Thank you for the response. We are on the block level design phase.
