OPT3002: Designing a PAR sensor

I am trying to design a PAR sensor using the light sensor options available from TI.

This would be a light sensor with flat response in 400-700nm range.

Do you have such a sensor to offer that can work as a PAR sensor or a combination of your design with some filter,

I apprecaite if you advise.

Hi Kaveh,

You can refer to our OPT3004 and 3002 parts as well as OPT4001 - none are flat response though. Either matching human eye or wide spectrum

I know this is supposed to be found in the datasheet. But the data was not there.

Does it work in 0-100k lux range with the reported 23bits resolution?

OPT3002 does not measure lux as it is wide band sensor

I see. Thanks. So when we mention lux sensor we are referring to ambient light with 380-750 range?
