I have the same problem with mmWave studio. I was wondering if the problem has been resolved within the past 5 years? 
The problem of post-processing in matlab is that we don’t have the signal processing algorithms. It would be great to know if TI has a more practical solution or a matlab code-base that works directly with the TI raw data.

    mmWave Studio provides inbuilt PostProc tool which process the raw ADC data captured with DCA1000EVM. I would request you to refer mmwave Studio User guide for more detail.

    On the other hand mmWave MCU Plus SDK provides C code reference for TDM application based on AM273x (host processor) taking ADC data over CSI2 from AWR2243 (similar to AWR1243). This reference is closer solution to end application than the Matlab based post-processing.
