We are using TMP411ADGKR digital sensor in our design. I couldn't get how to covert hex value to temperature. Local Temperature sensor high byte reads 0x2A and low reads 0x00. Could please advise on the formula to compute read temperature value from the hex value? Thanks in Advance.

Section 9.3.3 of the datasheet describes the data format for temperature conversion. Also, see the note below, which may be helpful. 0x2A 0x00 would be 42.00C.

The high byte contains the temperature with 1C resolution. The low byte stores the decimal fraction value. If you convert 0x2A hex to decimal, the result is 42. Its just requires converting the hex value to decimal.
For the low byte, you can enable differing resolutions as shown below. Dependent on the resolution chosen, the decimal fraction can be determined from the chart below.

Here is the circuit used to connect for remote sensor connection. resisters other end is connected to the FPGA I/O lines.

Do you have the FPGA connected as shown below(transistor or diode)? Also, note that NPN transistors must be diode connected, but PNP can be either diode or transistor connected.
