LM94022: min/max value for the V-t transfer table?

Team,

We provide in the datasheet:
  The temperature accuracy in °C at page 5.
  The V-t (typ) transfer function in Table 2 page 10.

-But what are the min/max values for transfer table that correspond to the accuracy we give at page 5?
-How to calculate or estimate the min/max voltage values for each °C temperature from table 2?

FYI - the LM9403X-DESIGNAID-CALC points to a dead link.
But is guess it is the same as Table 2 but in Excel format. Correct?

    Hello Anber,

    We do not show the min/max in the transfer table.  You could add the min/max to the typical by using the accuracy specification of the GS0/GS1 and temperature range.  There are also details on the transfer function in section 8.1.1.  

    I did not see a broken link for the excel calculator.  I have also attached it here.
