I guess there is a hardware malfunction with this development board. May I know the after-sales policy?

Hello,
Have you reached out to customer support? What power supply are you using and do you have the switches in the proper state as shown in the most recently updated DCA1000 User Guide?
Best Regards,
Pedrhom
I have contacted customer support and they have informed me that I must first receive your evaluation and approval by posting on E2E before proceeding with hardware replacement. I am now certain that there is a problem with my hardware device, as its indicator light was previously on normally, but now it is no longer on. Therefore, I need to replace the hardware device. Can you provide me with a confirmation? I am in a hurry to use it on my end, thank you. Also, I would like to know why your device does not come with a power supply, which is very inconvenient for me.
Hello,
I will need pictures of your DCA1000 setup and power supply being used. Do the DevPack ports show up in device manager? Im going to guess they do not if the power light isn't turning on. What power supply were you using?
Best Regards,
Pedrhom
Okay, if no power seems to show up at all regardless of the large switch's position or the mux switches then I will confirm there is a hardware issue and you could exchange the device.
Best Regards,
Pedrhom
Hello,
Customer support should be able to do the exchange, you can mention/link this thread as verification.
