TMAG5173-Q1: under-voltage

Part Number: TMAG5173-Q1

Hello,

as i am working on ultra low consumption design, i would like to understand well the of the test description column corresponding to the "Under voltage threshold at VCC" line. That is to say "Internal parameter (OTP option)".

What does that mean ? Is it related to B, C and D versions of TMAG5173 ?

Furthermore, what should be the minimum voltage ? I saw that it is written many time in the datasheet that the TMAG starts up at 2.3V but figures 6-2 and 6-4 show 1.8V sense performing. But what is the minimum ?

Best regards.

  • Hi Remy,

Thanks for posting to the Sensors forum.

I've reached out internally for clarification on the test condition description for the VCCuv spec and the minimum supply voltage.

I believe 2.3 V is the correct minimum supply voltage for the TMAG5173-Q1 and Figures 6-1 through 6-4 will be updated in the final version of the datasheet.

    Best regards,

    Jesse

  • Hi Remy,

I confirmed that 2.3 V is the correct minimum supply voltage for the TMAG5173-Q1.

This is still an "advance information" datasheet. The datasheet, including the test conditions and the figures you referenced will be updated and finalized when the device is fully released.

    Best regards,

    Jesse

  • Much appreciated.

    Best regards.
