AWR2944EVM: How to run RangeProc DPU test examples

Hi Peng,

To build this test,

• First set the environment variables
  • Navigate to C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\scripts\windows
  • Run setenv.bat file
  • Note: Use the same terminal to build the test example
• Navigate to C:\ti\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_06_00_01\ti\datapath\dpu\cfarproc
• Enter gmake help to find the makefile targets for CFAR Proc DPU.
• gmake clean -> To clean all the objects
• gmake all -> To build lib and the test
