Hello I am beginner with TI solutions

I connected USB to my board and there's enhanced port and the other one

So I trying debugging with CCS but my example project's laungh selected configuration says error -260 connect xds110 failed

I am trying 3D_people_track6843_mss project and under picture is my target config setting window

So I cannot debug with only EVM board? or Do I something wrong?
