Hi
Please make sure the switch settings for flashing are as shown in the below picture
Make sure that USB is connected correctly as shown in the above picture
Switch at the back of the sensor must be set as shown in the below picture. This switch boots the device in functional mode or flashing mode.

Hi,
I have followed above steps. Below picture's are my setup of IWR6843AOP EVM for flashing.
I am getting same error as i mentioned.
Hi,
The settings seem correct. Can you try with out of box binary from the below location?
radar_toolbox_2_20_00_05\source\ti\examples\Out_Of_Box_Demo\prebuilt_binaries\out_of_box_6843_aop.bin
Also, can you check if there are any permission issues with the COM port on your system?
Can you also try with different version of uniflash?
Regards
Hi,
i have tried out of box demo(.bin) for flashing my device with uniflash 8.6.0. Still getting same error.
I am using window-based system so i checked there is no issue in COM Port.it is working fine.
Hi
Then it seems like the board is damaged. Do you have any other TI mmwave radar sensor? Can you try flashing on those device?

Hi,
Presently i have only one device, in that all core voltages and crystal frequency are coming Correctly. Is there anything That i can do and any specific permission need to enable in pc COM port.
Hi,
When you received the IWR6843AOPEVM, out of box demo image is already flashed. You can check if the demo is running correctly.
If the demo also does not run correctly then most likely that the board is damaged. Also, you could try probing the UART lines which interact with UNIFLASH
That can help further debug if the communication is initiated from COM port but no response from device
