How do I determine ENOB for a given sampling rate on FDC2212?

I really can't figure out the data sheet.    I need to sample my capacitance at the max speed of 4 KHz  What will my resolutions in bits be?  ( ENOB)   Likewise I want to  sample at 200 Hz , what will my ENOB be?.    I don't see any tables or equations to determine this.

    Hi Jay,

    The sampling time can be set by the reference count, RCOUNT_CHx. The RCOUNT value multiplied by 16 is the number of reference clock cycles, which will determine the ENOB. Please check out the text above Table 6 in the datasheet.
