I recently received a OPT8241-CDK-EVM time of flight sensor. I received the sensor on 8/10 and the initial images were blurry. I noticed that the lens was loose so I gently pressed it back into place and the images became sharper again. Then on 8/12, the lens barrel fell off the camera. It appears to have never been properly attached. After inquiring about a replacement on 8/12 I was just requested to make a forum post and have an engineers recommendation for a replacement product. Below are images of the lens separated from the camera with no other damage.
