Hi Everyone,

I have 4 MEMS Based Gas sensor it's output in the range of (nA to uA) level so please let me know i can use DDC114 to display the sensing data.

    Hi Sidda,

    How fast you want to sample?

    From a max current perspective, the best case is to sample as fast as possible (320us integration time) and use 350pC. That would result on 1.1uA more or less. If you have larger currents than that, you can:

    - Use an external resistor divider. That will affect some of the performance parameters (like noise and linearity) but may be acceptable, depending of what you are after and the design...

    - Use two DDC112, which allow for external capacitor (about 3x range, 1000pC)

    Do you have a part number for those sensors?
