Dear Colleagues,

My customer is willing to use our mmwave sensor for people counting, motion detection and obstacles detection.

For this purpose which device is more appropriate? IWR1642 or IWR1443?

I saw we have these TIDesigns for IWR1642:

During mmwave seminar you also mentioned a new EVM for that, which EVM should my customer acquire for this purpose?

Hi Antonio,

For People Counting you will need xWR1642 BOOST

For Obstacle Detection you will need a new board xWR1642 ODS that will be released next week.

Hello Cesar, Thank you for reply, Customer can then acquire the new IWR1642 ODS directly from ti.com next week or should I do a particular procedure now to get it?
