IWR1642BOOST: Can't receive "Done" from IWR1642BOOST when sending CLI using my own Win32 C program

Sorry for the late reply as I worked on a different project last month. Now I'm back to this issue...

I have tried sending CLI config while the device is in CCS debug mode and I notice that the problem occurs in the SensorStart part. Please see below log from CCS when I send CLI config from my own C program:

I tried adding 2 seconds delay between trackingCfg and SensorStart command but to no avail. Please help explain the Error Code highlighted.
