    I want a mmwave sensor for my application which can measure distance more than 60-70 meter help me in selecting the sensor that I should use in my application.

    Arpit,

    It all depends on your application:

    • Automotive AWR1843, AWR1642, AWR1443 and AWR1243
    • Industrial IWR6843, IWR1443 and IWR1642

    If your project is not automotive I would recommend Industrial devices. In the end you need to choose the device that best fits your needs.
