TMP303: Is the TMP302 respectively TMP303 realized as a pure hardware solution

for a safety relevant development I have to be sure there is no software-part at all components. I'm planning to use TMP302 or TMP303 for temperature-shutdown.

I think, these chips are realized completely in hardware. Can you confirm this?
