Unable to flash to the AWR1642BOOST due to an inability to open the com port associated with it

Michael,

Please make sure that you are connecting to the "XDS110 Class Application/User UART" COM port that is listed in Windows Device Manager. Please also make sure that no other Windows applications are also trying to access this same COM port. Example applications include Tera Term, MATLAB, CCS, and Google Chrome.

I reinstalled CCS and Uniflash and it fixed it. Windows update probably broke something
