LM95071: About trouble of reading temperature data

Do you know what your data pull rate is? Is the device being power on then pulling data?  If the temperature is read before a conversion an erroneous code will be read. 

"Immediately after power up, the LM95071 will output an erroneous code until the first temperature conversion has completed."

Data is not read at the power on timing.
Data outside the range of "+ 150 ° C to -40 ° C" is read at irregular intervals.
In the continuous conversion mode, data is read from the data register in 500msec cycles. In that case, may the temperature data be out of the range of "+ 150 ° C to -40 ° C"?
※ due to noise etc ...

Is there any cause other than power on?

 How often are you reading the register?  Please see if reading register only as often as the conversion time fixes this issue.
