Is there any DRV5xxx hall sensor working at 180 degree ambient operating temp? the application is for the servo motor.

It seems the E version can work up to 150degree only.

Unfortunately we do not currently make any devices that are rated for >150C operation. Is there any way inside of the application to combat the ambient temperature?

The device is inside linear motor, the motor operated in 165C [peak may be up to 185C, thanks.

Understood. Unfortunately if they have to have a solution that falls in this rating, we don't have any solutions that I can recommend. Note that the 'E' version of the device has an absolute maximum temperature of 175 deg, but this is simply a buffer to protect the device, and we do not guarantee linear operation beyond the specified operating range of 150C.
