AWR1243: How the 16 bit ADC data packed in packet on CSI2

Hello,

In our system the FPGA  received CIS2 data from AWR1243 and process the signal.

On CSI2, the data can be RAW8/RAW12/RAW14 format.

But the data is sampled by ADC with 16 bit.

The data bit width is different with CSI2 and ADC.

I wold like to know how the 16bit ADC data is packed for  RAW8/RAW12/RAW14.
