I work for AEVA in France and in one of our old equipment we used a thermistance but we do not have reference in our bill of material and in our archives, and we think that the manufacturer was National Semiconductor acquired by Texas Instruments.
The designation in our system is "THERMIS-NS 06H 00680 J 5%". We think that "NS" is for National Semiconductor, "06H" is the package/style, "00680" is for the resistance value 68ohms and "J" is the code for "5%".
In an old bill of material the designation is "Thermistor NTC - DTGP34 68ohms 10%".
So we research a thermistor NTC, 68ohms with a tolerance of 5% or 10%. It must be a through-hole thermistor following our PCB drawing.
Can you help us to find the corresponding reference and send us the datasheet if this thermistor was alright manufactured by National Semiconductor ?
