Incorrect temperature measurement

I have bought 2 Sensortag kit CC2650 last week, I started to measure environmental variable of my room, the sensor tag measure all variables correctly except the tempreture. Sensortag show the Temprature "ZERO" all the time in the Simplelink starter app. I shall be gratful if you help me to solve this problem.

Hi Mohsen,

I was informed by a TI expert that this is due to the fact that the sensor tags no longer contain the TMP007, IR temperature sensor.

However, you should be able to get temperature readings from the humidity and pressure sensors. As stated in the following post https://e2e.ti.com/support/wireless-connectivity/bluetooth/f/538/t/667717, while on Windows, you can use the BLE Device Monitor or BTool to display the temperature values from the humidity and pressure sensors.
