Hello.
Please tell me about the correspondence between device marks and pin numbers.
Does the orientation of the sensor in the photo match the Pin Diagram (Top View)?
Is it the A corner that has the circle mark of the device part marking?

Hi,

On the EVM the bottom left conner side of the IC has a white marking on the EVM indicating the A1 position.

On the IC, A1 indicated by the white dot, the corner closest to the dot (bottom left in the image shared) is the A1 position. see figure 3-1 in errata https://www.ti.com/lit/er/swrz099/swrz099.pdf.
