I am creating a delivery specification for this part number.
The customer is Panasonic.
In the Qualification Summary, the results of ESD-HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of ESD.
Please tell me the test results.
(The data sheet is SBFS034A –SEPTEMBER 2008–REVISED OCTOBER 2009.)
On the other hand, for the consumer quality SRC4190IDBR in the series with the same part number, the ESD result was described in the data sheet.
There is the following description on P4.
6.2 ESD Ratings
HBM +/- 2,000V
CDM +/- 1,500V
