TMP117: TMP117 temperature test of Aging experiment

Hello Sir,
For this product of TMP117, there is a 300-hour 150° high-temperature test in the datasheet. 
May I ask how long is the normal application time this equivalent to?

    Hi Wenting,

    It depends on application temperature. 300 hours at 150C simulates over a year of operation at 85C, and over 4 years at 65C. Please see SNOA994. http://ti.com/lit/snoa994 Also note we're about to publish an update to TMP117 datasheet which changes this from 300hours at 150C to 1000hours at 150C.
