TMP423-Q1: Understanding Supply Voltage and Interface Voltage Levels

Hi,

When using Vcc of 5V can  the two wire interface be 3.3V?  In other words pins 6 and 7 are pulled up to 3.3V through a resistor.  Is the logic voltage levels of SMBus(tm), also apply then  to the two wire?  Is there anything else I should consider for the use case I describe?
