Hoping for your assistance to confirm the functionality is still ok.

All echo traces are just flat noise. they have configured jumpers according to Table 1 to Standard and to USB ONLY. In both cases, VDRV Ready shown in Table 3 bit is zero. This means that the voltage does not reach the correct level with the internal converter or with an external power supply for the driver. This is likely why they are not receiving any echo.

Hello Mark,

I reviewed VDRV Rdy bit functionality on the GUI in USB mode and it does not seem to be updating either, but device functionality is still good. Perhaps its other settings which are attributing to you not seeing a return echo. Have you attempted to probe VOUT on the EVM this will confirm if the device is generating a pulse or not?

Hi Isaac, based on the feedback they used an oscilloscope to attempt to monitor the transducer leads for the transmit pulse. There is no transmit pulse.
