Could you kindly help me suggest TI solution for TK22A10N1

if CSD19537Q3 or CSD19534KCS possible or not?

    Hello Victor,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The TK22A10N1 is in a TO220 isolated fullpak (plastic tab) package. Our closest cross to this FET is either the CSD19533KCS (lower on resistance: 10.5mΩ max vs. 13.8mΩ max at VGS=10V) or the CSD19534KCS (higher on resistance: 16.5mΩ max at VGS=10V)  in a standard, non-isolated (metal tab) TO220 package. We do not make any FETs in an isolated TO220 package.
