Hey Andrew,

As long as the voltage and bandwidth meet what is needed for the application any of the passive multiplexers will work.
While TMUX646 is designed with MIPI in mind it doesn't mean that it can't be implemented for other applications. The TMUX646 is a 10 channel 2:1 device (or a 5 channel differential) that can support up to 5.5V and 6GHz so it should be suitable for 2.5GBase-T
