Hi,

We are using TS5A4594DBVR in our design, but we need an alternate pin to pin compatible(except for gnd) part in such a away that it should support higher negative voltages at COM/NO.

There are switches that support negative voltages: ti.com/switches-multiplexers/analog/products.html#2192=Supports negative voltages

But none are pin compatible.

Hello,

Like Clemens said we do not have any pin to pin compatible devices for the TS5A4594 that can support negative voltages.

For a leaded package option i would suggest using the TS5A22362.

But if you need even higher negative voltage support you can use the TMUX2889 or TMUX4827.

To get the 1:1 1 channel functionality for these devices i suggest either leaving the unused io pins floating or terminating them to ground through 50ohm resistors. Please check out this faq to learn more about this.
