The range between the VIH and VIL spec of this device datasheet can be thought of as hysteresis.
There is not a exact spec saying that the ramp rate of your logic signal will cause the destruction of you device but our team does recommend not to have slow logic input transitions as this can cause shoot through current and oscillations.
