However, we will perform the necessary test to obtain that information. It may take up to week for this product to go through the queue for this particular test.

May I ask what you plan to use this device for or at least what are the requirements you want for your switch? If we cannot provide you with the necessary junction to case and Tj-max information soon enough, perhaps I can provide you with an alternative.

I believe Theta JC (Junction to Case) is dependent on the package (SOT23-5).
Could you tell Theta JC of another SOT23-5 device as a reference?

My customer wants to know Theta JC only as a reference, so it doesn't need to be strict value in this case.
