Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV134
HI Sir
1. if no signal connect with INx ,what's the default setting of TS5A22364 (NC to COM or NO to COM?)
2. When VCC=0V ,NC or NO pin can't supply negative voltage input ,Am i right?
Thanks

Kai,
The TS5A22364 does not have a defined state when INX pin is floating. Please connect the INX pin according to the datasheet recommendation.
When Vcc = 0V you cannot have less than -6 V or greater than 0.5 V on the NC, NO, and COM pins according to the absolute maximum ratings table.
What are you making that your system has the TS5A22364 without supply but signals present on the signal path?
Thank you,
Adam
HI Adam
So far we use DRV134 have pop noise ,we will like to use TS5A22364 to workaround this issue
But when we test TS5A22364 (VCC connect to 5V and NC / NO pin connect to GND) then turn on IN pin (below blue waveform)
You can see below picture ,the COM pin have a short pulse ,it will have a pop noise (purple waveform)
Do you have any suggestion ?
Thanks
Kai,
Do you have schematic to share how you think you can use the TS5A22364 device to get around the pop issue with the DRV134? Why do you ground the NC and NO pins? That is not a common practice for the TS5A22364 device.
Do you have waveforms of the pop without the TS5A22364?
What are the green and yellow waveforms?
The short pulse on the COM pin you are seeing could be due to charge injection when toggling the control logic IN pin.
Thank you,
Adam
Hi Adam
We test TS5A22364 have pop noise ,do you have any idea about this case
Step1 : Connect NC1/NO1/NC2/NO2 to Ground
Step2 : Default INx pull down to GND and turn on 3.3Vcc => have a very small pop noise (can be ignore)
Step3 : When VCC=3.3 ready and turn on INx from low to high => have a big pop noise
Do you have EVM on hand can provide it to me ?
