I can't see SN74CB3Q16244's IBIS model in its product folder. Can you send it or let me know alternate device that has IBIS model?

    Satoshi-san,

    What are you wanting to do with a IBIS model for a passive FET switch?  Passive FET switches signal paths can't be modeled with an Input/output Buffer Information Specification (IBIS) model because the FET switch signal path is not buffered.  The best way to model the signal path is to use the parasitic series resistance and parallel capacitance to model the signal path.  The IBIS model will only model the logic select pins since those are buffered inputs.
